SAHL121 Mask machine’s specification and data parameter:
this machine is made of non-woven fabric, nose line, ear band and other materials to make a complete mask, it consists of a mask body making machine and an ear band welding machine. 1.production plane size: 180mm x 90mm, 3 layers.
2. the main body of the equipment is welded by ultrasonic system.
3.nose line length: adjustable length
4. Ear band length: adjustable length
5.welt and seal the ear band on the four corners of the mask body with ultrasonic system
6. the width of the ear band mark connection is no less than 80mm.
7.the outer layer of mask can be imprinted with trademark, size 6.5mm-4mm.
8 .suitable for the material frame for carrying 3layers of non-woven fabric and metal nose coil
9. automatic cutting machine and fixed nose line inside the mask
10. automatically wrap the ear band outward and cut it off, then weld it to the short side of the mask.
11.the conveyor accepts the complete finished mask.
